In order to use Paxum or CashX, you must first sign up for an account at Paxum.com or CashX.com. Once you have created your account, use the Edit Info tab here on TopBucks.com to access your account details, and select Paxum or CashX from the “Payment Method” dropdown box. The minimum payout for Paxum and CashX is $200, and there is a $1 per transaction fee, which are the same as those for PayPal. Both payment programs offer a prepaid MasterCard that can be used to make purchases and to withdraw money at an ATM.
